About the Queues
Primary Queue: A - CSU Fresno: Patrons accessing QP from the Fresno State Qwidget (located on the Ask Us! page and elsewhere)
BME Queue: Patrons accessing QP from other CSU libraries
24/7 Reference: Academic Queue: Coop of academic libraries
Practice Queue: used for learning QP
How it Works:
If someone from CSU Fresno is logged in, our librarians see our patrons first, for 40 seconds. If we don’t pick it up, then other CSU librarians will see it next. If, after 60 seconds, none of the CSU librarians picks up our patron, then the rest of the 24/7 Coop will see the patron, and eventually (after 120 seconds) OCLC Backup staff see the patron. If we are not online, the CSU librarians will see our patron immediately. If no one from the other CSUs is online, the 24/7 Coop sees our patron immediately. And if no 24/7 Coop librarians are online, the Backup staff will see our patron immediately.

settings
Once you've logged in and selected the queues you want to monitor, you can adjust your settings to change the font size and choose what type of alerts you would like to see.
It is recommended that you have "Sound alert when new patron arrives" selected (see below). Other alerts are optional. Once you've made your selections, they will be saved to your account for future sessions.
