EmAILREf Referrals & The "MY QuestionPoint" Page
The image below shows all the different features of the My QuestionPoint page, located on the left side of the home page when you log in.
EMAILREF: If a non-Fresno State librarian answers a chat question initiated by a Fresno State patron, they may tag it for follow up. If this happens, an email will be sent to our emailref address. The person monitoring emailref that day needs to log into QuestionPoint and check the Question Lists links (New and Unassigned) shown in the image below. Important: please answer chat questions within the QP interface, not via email. This helps us keep track of whether or not a question has received a response.
